Meet Dr. Neely

As an orthodontist, I am passionate about providing exceptional patient care — not only through great clinical results, but also by creating a positive and personalized experience for every patient. I strive to make each person feel valued, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout their smile journey. It is incredibly rewarding to help patients improve their confidence and quality of life through beautiful, healthy smiles.

Education and Experience

Before specializing in orthodontics, I practiced general dentistry for five years. While I enjoyed many aspects of general dentistry, I discovered that orthodontics was where my true passion belonged. The opportunity to transform a patient’s smile over time and witness the boost in confidence that follows is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.

I am proud to be board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, demonstrating my commitment to providing the highest standard of orthodontic care.

My education and training include:

  • Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education — Master of Science in Orthodontics and Certificate in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics
  • University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill — Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate
  • Medical University of South Carolina — Doctor of Dental Medicine
  • Clemson University — Bachelor of Science in Public Health Studies

Continuing education is also extremely important to me, as it allows me to stay current with the latest techniques, technology, and advancements in orthodontics so I can provide the most comprehensive care possible for my patients.

I actively pursue continuing education through memberships in the following professional organizations:

  • G.V. Black District Dental Society
  • Illinois State Dental Society
  • American Association of Orthodontists
  • American Dental Association
  • Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation

Outside the Office

My husband, John, and I have been together for ten years and have two miniature dachshunds, Lola and Opal, who keep us entertained and busy. Our extended families live in South Carolina and Tennessee, so we enjoy traveling to visit them whenever we can. Outside the office, you can usually find us walking our dogs, spending time on the lake, cooking, or planning our next trip together.
