Bethany R. Middleton, DMD, MS
Dr. Bethany Middleton is an Illinois native and graduate of Carthage High School. She went on to attend Greenville College, in Greenville, Illinois and completed a B.A. in Biology. Dr. Middleton received her D.M.D. at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, Illinois. It was at SIU where she developed an interest in the specialty of orthodontics. She attended Seton Hill University Center for Orthodontics in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and earned her M.S. in Orthodontics and a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in 2013.
Dr. Middleton was trained in evidence-based decision making and maintains great confidence knowing that all of her clinical decisions are backed by the highest quality of orthodontic research available. She believes this practice allows her to give patients the most effective treatment in the most efficient manner. Patients who receive orthodontic treatment from Dr. Middleton have a variety of treatment options available to them, such as metal braces, clear braces, Invisalign and more.

Dr. Middleton met her husband, Zach, at Greenville College, where they were members of the cross country and track teams. He is currently finishing his final semester of dental school at Southern Illinois University, and plans to practice general dentistry in the Springfield area. In her free time, Dr. Middleton loves the outdoors, running, spending time with her family, and also playing with their two dogs, Cali and Kona. She is an avid traveler, enjoys cooking, and is actively involved in her home church. Dr. Middleton loves meeting new people, and her favorite part of orthodontics is the long-term relationships she forms with patients and families.
